The plan also supports a range of housing opportunities — including family homes, seniors housing, manufactured homes, and other housing options that meet the changing needs of residents.
At the same time, the MDP recognizes that Hamlets provide essential services to residents through the development of businesses and industries.
The goal is to support both strong hamlets and a healthy rural landscape while preserving the character and values that make these communities unique.
